The Team

Nick Canzano
Nick is the president & chief operating officer of Canzano Building Companies. He is responsible for day to day operations of the company. He plans and negotiates with suppliers and subcontractors in an effort to maintain quality in workmanship, while keeping costs in line. He works closely with the sales staff on every home and is instrumental in making sure that all features selected by our purchasers are conveyed to our field personnel.
 
Domenic Mancinelli
Domenic (Nick) is the principle owner of JDM Building Co. LLC. He is a civil engineer and in charge of property development for Canzano Building Companies and JDM Building Company, LLC. He works directly with the municipalities and various organizations to ensure that the development of vacant land is made in accordance with local and federal laws.
 
Rob Canzano
Rob is the vice-president of Canzano Contracting Corporation He is responsible for all the construction activities at the various sites. He works with the site superintendents at the developments to keep up with schedules and to ensure compliance with selected building materials.
 
Joseph Mancinelli
Joe is a principal owner of JDM Building Co. LLC. and graduate of the University of Michigan Business School, He works closely with the sales staff on every home and is instrumental in making sure that all features selected by our purchasers are conveyed to our field personnel and subcontractors in a precise and accurate manner. He is active in negotiating with industry trades and suppliers to obtain best pricing so this saving can be passed onto our clients.
 
Rick Canzano and Dan Atchison
Rick and Dan are our project managers and will be seen most often at any one of our various subdivisions making sure that the trades are working onsite and completing their work to expected standards and quality. They are also responsible for site safety and making sure that the homes are physically ready for closing.
 
Theresa Shrader
Bringing 29+ years of new construction sale and marketing experience, she is passionate about every new home she is involved with to ensure that your new home is just what you desire. She is responsible for all building agreements, color and optional selections and coordinates the closing. She is a licensed REALTOR with RE/MAX Classic and is celebrating 30+ years as a professional full service real estate agent.
 
Dave Kalota
Dave is the Warranty Coordinator for both JDM & Canzano Building companies. He has over 20 years “hands on” experience in the building industry. Homeowners will have direct contact with Dave if a warranty issue arises and will either correct the issue himself or contact the proper trades.
 
Tina Buscemi and Carol Bettridge
Tina and Carol make up the Accounting Department. They are responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable for all our companies. They also handle all correspondence via mail and email with trades, homeowners and municipalities. Between the two of them they coordinate and convey information between homeowners, sales staff, warranty department, vendors and trades.
 
Jason Marks and Brandon Cuffe
These 2 are valuable field staff and will be seen at any one of our various subdivisions making sure that large and small details are attended to. They are also responsible for subdivision appearance and completing all the final details so the home is completely ready for the new homeowner to move right in.
